Yes - fastMatch knows! The list you get there shows you all the families that meet your matching criteria.
To make families also click on your profile in their fastMatch results, you should definitely add some pictures! Answering some more questions in "more about me" would then increase the interest of those families, who already found their way to your profile. As you state that you also speak German, you could also translate your answers in "more about me" to German, so that families immediately see and believe that you're someone they can communicate with in German.
