Hi Adriana,

there's normally only one reason for not being able to read a message: It was send by a scammer who we blocked in the meantime - something the system also tells you as the reason quite prominently.

If this doesn't answer your question, could you post a screenshot of the message you can't read, so that we can analyse it better?
