Why can't I see a family who matched me?

Hi I wanted to see families who viewed or matched my profile and it is not working

Dear Chloe,

families, who match your matching criteria, are shown to you in the matching results.

It's right, that we don't show you which family has viewed your profile, as this doesn't say anything about if they are really interested in you. 

  • If they viewed your profile and are interested in you, they will normally contact you via our messaging system.
  • If they viewed your profile but didn't contact you, they probably prefer not to be contacted by you either.
